The space Sunlit Terrace is located in a residential area and surrounded by all the amenities you may need: supermarket, mini-market, bar, bistro, restaurants, tobacconists, post offices, banks. Other things to note The following will be provided: • A set of 3 towels for each guest • Toilet paper • Complimentary coffee capsules • Coffee for the moka • Salt, oil, sugar • Hair dryer • Shampoo and body soap Important: • Hot water is managed by an electric water heater, you can take 3 full showers very well, but once the water is finished you need to wait a while for it to heat up again. • The heating system is centralized so that, in the winter months, the radiators will turn on automatically without the need to touch anything. • Parking is included and free, however it is not guarded or reserved so it is possible that arriving after 6:00 p.m. it is full, but the next morning it will be free to park.
