We live down a dirt road on 11 1/2 acres (backed up to the Long Trail), a 5 minute walk away from rock climbing and kayaking/canoeing, 25 minutes from Burlington and Stowe and minutes away from fantastic restaurants in Richmond and Waterbury. We are equip for families and there is a bird farm just down the hill. We have two Bedrooms with 1 King Bed and 1 Queen (in the climbing wall room), a huge living area (where more people could sleep), and bathroom. This is the bottom floor of our house with its own entryway, separated from the upstairs. Airbnb does not let me list 2 bedrooms in a shared space. There is a kitchenette downstairs, you have a private entrance, bathroom, microwave, and refrigerator downstairs with tea and coffee. I won't be around much and love welcoming people to Vermont!!
