Vendor Services: To ensure the safety of the villa equipment and you, our professional team is responsible for managing all vendor services in the villa, including spa, private training, decoration, private chef, yoga, photography and villa equipment. The use of external suppliers is strictly prohibited and will incur a fine of 2,000,000 IDR. Waste management: Participate in our waste sorting program to contribute to the sustainable development of Bali. We provide three garbage bins for your villa to collect organic waste, inorganic waste, and residual waste. Eco-friendly facilities: We offer locally created skincare brand Sensatia Botanicals as bathroom products (hand soap, body wash, shampoo and conditioner). The brand is produced in Bali with 100% natural, pollution-free ingredients, and this partnership reflects our support for sustainability and local initiatives, including plastic recycling and beach cleaning. Natural charm: Our villa has a tropical view of Bali, the sounds of nature - geckos and insects - create a calming atmosphere. The open design occasionally welcomes wildlife, despite regular pest control. Geckos are a symbol of good luck in Balinese culture, and other creatures are essential to the ecosystem. Cultural Respect: In Ubud and Bugis, monkeys may appear - please do not feed or interact with them. Surrounding landscapes such as jungles, rice fields and local farms (e.g. ducks, chickens or pigs) are not part of the villa property and are accessible to residents. These changes are beyond our control. We appreciate your respect for Bali's natural and cultural heritage. FAQ Q: What is the check-in time? A: Our dedicated staff will ensure a smooth check-in process. Check-in starts at 14:00 for villas with 1-3 bedrooms and 15:00 for villas with 4-6 bedrooms. After 11:00am, we will prepare your luggage. Please note that guests arriving after 20:00 are required to pay a late check-in fee of IDR 200,000 to cover overtime for our staff, as our staff are not always on duty at the villa. Q. What is the check-out time? A: Our check-out time is 11:00 by default. Late check-out is subject to availability and additional charges. Please note that any late check-out between 11:00am and 6:00pm will be charged an additional 50% of the daily villa rate. Check-out after 6:00pm will be charged at the full day rate. If you need to store luggage after check out time, we welcome you to do so. Q: Does the booking include breakfast? How do I book a chef service? A: Breakfast is not included in the room price. However, you can easily arrange breakfast by contacting our booking or concierge team. Our private chef will prepare a variety of menus for you in your villa. The cost is IDR 160,000 per person, minimum 5 people. You can also enjoy a floating breakfast for an additional IDR 150,000 per plate. For lunch and dinner, we will provide better services, including set meals, live barbecue cooking, ethnic cuisine, and even premium cuisine cooked by Michelin-starred chefs, all cooked in the villa. Lunch and dinner start at IDR 450,000 per person. Please note that bookings are subject to terms. In addition, our villa also comes with a fully equipped kitchen, allowing you to prepare meals flexibly according to your preferences. Housekeeping is available daily from 9:00am to 5:00pm. Bed linen is changed every three days to maintain sustainability.
