Outdoor patio & grill, fire pit, huge driveway w/ tons of parking. Any restaurant, shopping, etc all within 15 minutes or closer. 65 inch TV in LL, pingpong table & treadmill The space 4 bedrooms, 2 full baths Main level has 3 beds, living room with 60 inch TV, Kitchen & Dining area Lower level has 1 bedroom & family room w/ 65 inch TV, treadmill & ping pong table. Backyard patio & firepit. Guest access Everything will be available to guests with the exception of some closets and storage areas. Other things to note This is our primary residence. Some personal photos will still be up. Some closets and storage areas restricted from guests. This is not a “Party House”, so no more than 10 guests allowed.
