This Large One bedroom Condo is in the heart of downtown next to Fiserv Forum and the Deer District and Old World Third Street Entertainment District. The upstairs bedroom features a large king bed, full bathroom, and reading space. The main floor has a full kitchen, bathroom, and living room with a queen murphy bed. A parking space can be rented if available that is located behind the building. We also have a private garage a block away that can be rented if available. The space Our 1876 historic Italianate cream city brick building is the oldest building in the Old World 3rd S. District. Fully renovated 1 bedroom lofted apartment with a King Bed! The main bedroom is located on the floor above the kitchen. There is a spiral staircase to get to it inside the condo. There is also a second stairway access in the public area ti get to it. Located on the first floor of the building is Connie's Cafe serving breakfast and coffee. Less than 1 block to the new Fiserv Forum. Lots of fun restaurants & bars on our street that run free shuttles to Brewers games. 1/2 block from the Riverwalk. Anticipate an electric, energetic night life. Our building has huge ceilings and some beautiful original brick walls. We installed all new flooring and all new furniture. We have one Murphy bed which is located off the kitchen next to the living room. The Condo is right by the Fiserv Forum. The location could not be better for exploring the many different aspects of Milwaukee, from museums to fine dining to night life. It is a great neighborhood to walk in. If you are headed to The Brewers Stadium or the Summerfest grounds, there are three bars on the street that run shuttles there and back if you merely buy a drink, even a soft drink will do. You are in the heart of downtown and entertainment, however a quick uber ride can take you 6 blocks to the 3rd Ward or Marquette University. It is a 2-block walk to the Convention Center. There is one flight of stairs and a second flight to get to the top floor of this 2 story unit. Check in is 4pm and check out is 11am Guest access Lock Box entrance at the front door to get key. Other things to note There are no parties or gatherings allowed. There is no smoking of any kind. Any evidence is an agreed to $300 fee There are no animals allowed. parking is not included
