The lanai is perfect for outdoor lounging and dining. You have a pass through window from the kitchen to serve your family or guests dining outside. With either a morning cup of coffee or tea, or an evening cocktail, observe the beautiful herons, jumping mullets, and maybe even an alligator or two. There is a safety fence around the pool that cannot be opened by young children and all doors leading to the exterior of the home are lockable. We picked this location for a number of reasons. It has access to one of the best fishing Mecca’s in Florida. Fish are in abundance: Red fish, Snook and Tarpon. There are beautiful, natural, easily accessible, untouched beaches in the surrounding area. You have the convenience of all amenities (groceries, liquor stores and shopping centers. It is also in close proximity to I75 and highway 41.
