Fantastic beach house by the sea with 10m pool

Extraordinary beach house, next to the sea (Beachfront) and a 10m pool! Totally quiet & private and due to big coconut trees & Seabreeze never too hot! Enjoy your vacaccion to the max in this delightful athmosphere, in a small, clean and safe fishers-village near Sitio do Conde (6km). The house provides everything you need for your stay, incluiding a fully equipped kitchen, hammocks, Garden furniture etc. You will find restaurants in the village, which serve delicious regional meals (fresh fish) The space The house is large and open. Especially the central living area is very spacous, has a large window to the quiet street and is open to the kitchen behind. A huge glazed porch of about 50 square meters frames the house from the garden side and invites you to relax in a shady hammock. There is a massive table of almost 3m length, where min. 10 people find space. The 3 bedrooms can accommodate 2-3 people each (2=2, 1=3). The bathroom is very spacious, also the kitchen, to which a dining area for up to 6 people is connected. In addition to the veranda, there is a spacious terrace with solidly built benches and aslo a terrace in front of the house, where you can participate in the village life, especially in the evening. The pool with a length of 10m is brand new and invites you to splashing and relaxing ... The deserted beach is right in front of the garden with its high palm shady grounds. Guest access You will live in the house alone and have unrestricted access to the garden and pool, as well as the pool / garden house, where there is an additional shower and toilet. The key is given by "Russel" (English with perfect Portuguese knowledge). Russel lives on site in a separate annex and is always available for questions. There is another house on the property which is available for rent - Should it be rented at the same time, the pool will be shared.
