If you are a fearful driver this might not be the property for you. But the drive is worth it! You will rive on the Mesa which is the most exclusive Street in Topanga. The celebrity studded area is home to extremely large properties and some of the most spectacular views in Topanga. The house itself is a 10 acre property with a beautiful main hacienda style home, extensive cactus gardens and a magnificent wet deck with a hot tub, small pool (unheated) and outdoor shower. The entire home has recently been renovated and both of these four bathrooms offer a true high end spa experience. In addition to the three large bedrooms in the main house, there is also a small private guest cottage directly behind the house which has its own entrance. There are multiple areas with hammocks, couch swings, seating areas and wonderful places to enjoy family meals or a relaxing coffee with a one of a kind view! PLEASE NOTE THAT WE ONLY ALLOW 3 VEHICLES AND WE DO NOT ALLOW EXTRA GUESTS OR “VISITORS” DURING YOUR STAY Guest access Guests have full access to the property and the main house, cottage and private wet deck area. Other things to note Absolutely no parties are allowed ever. Video and photo shoots are available for an additional fee with permission by the owner only. This is a 100% no smoking or open flame home which includes cigarettes, cigars, bongs, pipes, incense burners, candles, grills, sparklers etc. This pertains to the entire property, the home, the decks, the pool areas and any place that you might be during your stay. This rule is strictly enforced and there will be a $1000 fine if anyone violates this or if we find any evidence that this rule has been violated. We are in a severe wildfire danger area. Also please no high heel shoes in the house as they damage the carpets and floors. Please note that the drive up to the home is up a very steep and winding road. If you are a nervous driver and do not like steep, narrow or winding roads this is probably not the best location for you. However once you get to the top it is totally worth it! This is an area called the Mesa which is a celebrity studded, elite and beautiful area in Topanga. Please note that there are other dogs in the area that may wander around to the property. If you are bringing dogs, we do recommend that they are dog friendly with other dogs. This is not a regular occurrence but does happen occasionally so we do ask that you only bring dog friendly dogs.
