Each bedroom features a comfortable queen bed dressed in luxurious 1400-thread-count linens for a restful night’s sleep, and features its spacious closet for ample storage. One bedroom includes a desk and a chair, perfect for productivity or catching up on emails. In the living room, you'll find a versatile sofa that can be used as additional sleeping arrangements. Enjoy the convenience of a full kitchen equipped for preparing everything from snacks to full meals, and gather around the dining area with seating for six. Step outside to our inviting deck, where you can relax and take in the serene views of our lush, green backyard enclosed by a private fence. Access to a washer and dryer makes long stays extremely convenient. Whether you’re here for work or leisure, our home provides comfort and convenience in a beautiful, tranquil setting. The property is monitored by security cameras providing coverage for the front yard, the entrance, the terrace, and the backyard. Guest access The front stairs do not have any railings Dedicated parking spaces in the front of the front yard Front yard Deck Backyard Washer and dryer in the shed Other things to note Absolutely no parties or get-togethers allowed. This is not an event venue. The front porch does not have railings. No barbecues or grilling on the property. Smoking of any substance is not allowed inside the house or on the property. Guests will be held responsible for all damage caused by the smoking including, but not limited to, stains, burns, odors, and removal of debris. Guests acknowledge that to remove the odor caused by smoking, the Host may need to replace blinds and paint the interior walls regardless of when these items were last cleaned, replaced, or repainted. We love that you may bring your furry friend along! Guests acknowledge the following pet rules: • Pet Number Limit: Guests are allowed to bring up to two pets. • Cleaning Fee: An additional cleaning fee of $70 per pet per stay will be charged for guests with pets. • Furniture Policy: Bring your pet bedding. Pets are prohibited on any furniture, including beds, sofas, and chairs. • Supervision Requirement: Guests take full responsibility for the place when the pets are left unattended inside the property for a long duration. Please let us know if you need a pet sitter, and we can recommend local services. • Noise Control: To ensure a peaceful environment for all guests, please make sure your pet does not cause excessive noise. • Waste Management: Please pick up after your pet and dispose of waste properly. Pet hair can be challenging to remove, and if excessive cleaning or replacement of furniture or bedding is necessary, guests will be held responsible for any associated costs, and for any damage caused by the pet.
