Attic on the 6th floor (with elevator up to the 5th) in a very central location, overlooking the towers of the center of Alba and the Langhe hills, 2 terraces and a very livable and bright interior space. The space The attic is a two-room apartment consisting of: KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM: fully equipped living room kitchen with pots, cutlery, oven, kettle, fridge, table. In the room there is a sofa bed with TV and a desk perfect for working remotely. BEDROOM: the room is equipped with a brand new double bed. BATHROOM: equipped with a shower, shampoo and soap and all amenities. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and the heating is thermo-autonomous. Outside there are 2 terraces, one with a table and chairs and the other. Guest access At your disposal you will have the entire apartment consisting of a living room, bathroom, double bedroom, bathroom and two terraces. Elevator to the 5th floor and one flight of stairs. Check-in after 4:00 p.m. Access via self check-in using a lockbox. The code will be provided to you on the day of arrival.
