Attic on the 6th floor (with elevator up to the 5th) in a very central position, overlooking the towers of downtown Alba and the Langhe hills, 2 terraces and a very livable and bright indoor space. The space The attic is a one-bedroom apartment consisting of: KITCHEN/LIVING ROOM: fully equipped living kitchen with pots, cutlery, oven, kettle, fridge, table. In the room there is a sofa bed with TV and a desk perfect for working in smart working. BEDROOM: The bedroom is equipped with a brand new double bed. BATHROOM: It is equipped with shower, shampoo and soap and all amenities. All rooms are equipped with air conditioning and the heating is self-contained. Outside there are 2 terraces, one with table and chairs and the other . Guest access At your disposal you will have the entire apartment consisting of kitchen living room, bathroom, double bedroom, bathroom and two terraces. Elevator to the 5th floor and a flight of stairs. Check-in after 4:00 PM. Self check-in access via lockbox. The code will be provided to you on the day of arrival.
