This home has a spacious 1-car garage, fully fenced backyard, and lots of parking space! One spacious master bedroom with a walk-in closet and full bathroom. Two spare bedrooms and one full spare bathroom with a shower/tub combo. All bedrooms have queen size beds, sizable closets, and TV's in each bedroom! Other things to note 🐾PET-FRIENDLY NOTICE: Our unit welcomes guests with and without pets. While many visitors without pets have a great stay, we want to remind everyone that we cannot guarantee a completely dander-free environment. This may affect individuals with dog or cat allergies. 🐶PET POLICIES FOR GUESTS WITH PETS: NUMBER OF PETS: A maximum of 3 pets allowed per reservation. Please add the pets to your reservation where you add the number of guests PET FEE: A non-refundable fee of $50 per night is required, including for ESAs. BEHAVIOR AND ACCOMMODATIONS: Pets must be leashed when outside of the house or backyard, are not allowed on furniture or beds, and must not be left unattended in the unit unless they are in kennels or crates. CLEANUP: Owners must clean up after their pets; a pooper scooper is located in the garage. DAMAGE AND LIABILITY: Guests are financially responsible for any damage or incidents caused by their pets. Owners will not be held liable for injuries or damages. 🔑CHECK-IN: Contactless after 4:00 PM. Early check-in options available: COMPLIMENTARY: Message us after 1:00 PM on your arrival day for potential early access.
