Our space is near the city center, beautiful landscapes, with a pleasant climate of the mountain region and surrounded by Atlantic Forest. You'll love our space because of the coziness and location. Everyone is welcome in our space, whether couples, business travelers, families, and small to large groups. Our little corner has been prepared with great affection and comfort to welcome you. The space We have 12 rooms and all have a fan, TV, minibar and internet access. We have eight suites, plus two bathrooms for common use for another 4 bedrooms where the bathroom is outside the bedroom. It has a kitchen set up with a stove, refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, sandwich maker and sink, which can be used by everyone in the house. We have parking spaces for 3 cars. We offer bed and bath linens. The house is 200 meters from the Exhibition Park, where all the main events in the city take place, and you don't even need to use the car. It is about a 15-minute walk from downtown (01 km). Guest access The entire house except for the reserved rooms. During your stay Whenever the guest needs me, because I live downstairs. Other things to note We reserve the entire house only for groups of over 28 people. For smaller groups, we reassign rooms according to demand. Welcome!
