The space It is a cozy masonry house with exposed stone, about 35 square meters, simple but equipped with everything you need, wi-fi, air conditioning and free parking included. It consists of a living room with sofa bed and equipped kitchen, a double bedroom and a bathroom. The large terrace and garden for exclusive use are the beating heart of it. From here you can enjoy an incredible view! On the horizon, 2 active, often smoked volcanoes rise for truly unforgettable sunsets! Despite the extreme proximity to the sea, you will need to have a car or scooter to reach it. The sea is 200 meters away, but to reach the nearest beach you are about 3 km. It is suitable for comfortably accommodating two people, but if you have a child, the sofa in the entrance can be transformed into a single bed. The place is very secluded, so we imagine it would be perfect for adults, but if you have kids or toddlers that you think might enjoy it, they are welcome. Cars can be parked immediately on the left as you enter. To reach the house it is necessary to walk down a path, about 100 meters, rather uneven as it is paved in rough pieces of local stone. We like it very much because it is well integrated into the nature of the place but you will have to be careful when walking on it, it is quite uneven and becomes slippery when it rains Other things to note The tourist tax of 1 euro per day per person is payable on site. We provide sheets and towels when we arrive. If you want intermediate changes, they must be agreed in advance and will have a cost of 25 euros per double bed and towels and 15 euros per single bed and towels Check-in time is from 4:00 p.m. to 6:00 p.m., but we try to accommodate guests whenever possible and if they give us plenty of advance notice.
