The apartment is a spacious 70sqm apartment located in Villazzano, a quiet town in the hills of Trento, perfect for relaxing and unplugging. Despite enjoying the quiet, you'll have all the necessary services nearby, including a small supermarket and pharmacy. In a short time you can reach the city center with its museums, cinemas and theaters, or explore the natural beauty of the surroundings. The space Our apartment, located in a condominium with an elevator, consists of: A large living area with kitchen and living room A spacious double room with a balcony A modern bathroom with a shower A pleasant shared garden The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need for your stay. In the living room you will find a comfortable sofa to relax. The bedroom offers a comfortable double bed with clean sheets. Other things to note The apartment is located on the hill about 5km from the historic center of Trento, it is well connected to the city by means of public transport such as buses (two stops for 2 separate lines both 300m from the property) and the train whose Villazzano station is 1.3km from the structure but equipped with a bus stop to comfortably reach the apartment. Upon arrival you will find the necessary basic products for cooking (oil, vinegar, salt, sugar, coffee) We provide clean towels. House rules: Respect quiet hours from 10:00 pm to 8:00 am. The apartment is non-smoking, we kindly ask you to use the asholes located on the balcony and do not smoke inside the house. We kindly ask that you pay attention to the use of electricity and water. Access allowed only to registered guests It is strictly forbidden to bring unregistered people into the accommodation at the time of check-in. Refusal will result in immediate cancellation of the reservation. 4. Proper and respectful use of the property The property must be used exclusively for tourist purposes. Any misuse, contrary to the house rules or current legislation, is prohibited. 5. Cancellation of the booking Any violation of the aforementioned rules constitutes grounds for immediate cancellation of the reservation and may result in the removal of guests without refund.
