Fully landscaped yard facing the lake with a gentle stairway leading to your 170’ private dock. Breathtaking lake views up and down the valley. Bring your boat as the launch is 5 mins away and plenty of room to store your trailer. Boat lift or Buoy can be rented for additional fee during your stay, ready for early morning skiing/surfing. Kick back and relax watching the sunset over the lake from your private patio. The large open concept suite has a spacious bedroom with queen bed. A second small bedroom has a twin size bunk bed. Full 180 degree lake views. Bring your water toys and book your ultimate summer vacation with us and live the Okanagan Lifestyle. Guest access The suite is yours to enjoy. I have locked off a storage room downstairs as well as a door leading to the upstairs. The full lower patio is for your enjoyment and will be equipped with patio furniture. Please enjoy the dock for swimming and recreation but note that on occasion I may use it as well. All other patios and the hot tub is off limits. Thank you for your understanding. Other things to note Pets: Generally we don’t allow pets however I’m willing to make a decision on a case by case basis for accommodating pets. Please reach out to me so we can discuss. If approved a pet fee will be applied. Fee will be determined by pet and duration of stay. Parking: There is one allotted parking parking spot for the suite. Please only park in your specified spot. Additional parking maybe available on a case by case basis. During the summer I can also assist with boat trailer parking.
