This tranquil, light-filled cabin located in the San Bernardino National forest is surrounded by pine trees, fresh mountain air and gorgeous views. Curl up by the fireplace with a good read, play records from the LP collection, enjoy the back deck with drinks and meals, take time in the studio for yoga, writing or an art project followed by a soak in the large tub with bath salts. Hiking trail, thrift stores shopping or a walk along several lakes in the area it's all here for your enjoyment. The home has a master bedroom with queen size bed and a second bedroom that has been set up as a creative quiet space to draw, paint, write, read or work. It includes a twin size daybed that can be used to sleep a 3rd person if needed. The bathroom has been completely updated with new fixtures and flooring. The large living room with high ceilings and large windows gets tons of light and has a sliding door that leads onto a private back deck with a wooden picnic table and benches to enjoy morning coffee or outdoor meals. The living room has a gas fireplace with ceramic logs, Apple TV, and an Audio-Technica record player with a bluetooth speaker. You're welcome to bring your own favorite LPs, listen from the collection already there or link your phone to hear your own playlist. We also have a small selection of books and puzzles/board games. The kitchen is stocked with all you need: a coffee maker, coffee, sugar, and tea, pots and pans, plates and bowls, silverware, a toaster, a Brita for water, can opener, wine glasses, and a wine opener. There's also a dining table with four chairs. There is WiFi as well as a landline, and central heating. There is no A/C but there are two fans provided. There is also parking on the front deck for two cars. There is a orange book full of restaurant, shop, and entertainment recommendations, as well as a guide to using the house. Please note the downstairs section of the house is kept locked and therefore is unavailable for guest use. This is a self check-in home. Property manager will be available by phone, call or text or incase of an emergencies will come to the house if required. Car is the best means of transportation. Parking is easy and free. This cabin is in the town of Crestline, which is nestled in the San Bernardino mountains. It is about a 30 min drive from the base of the mountain up to the house, so please keep this in mind.
