Located on the second floor without lift, this spacious, modern and quiet flat offers an oasis of well-being and tranquillity right in the heart of Milan. The master bedroom has a comfortable double orthopaedic mattress for optimal rest, while in the living room you will find a double sofa bed with a comfortable mattress. The living area is furnished with a three-seater sofa, a spacious designer dining table and a 65" HD SMART TV with my already registered Netflix account. Ultra-fast 1Gb Wi-Fi connection throughout the house. In addition to towels of various sizes, you will find shampoo and shower gel, sheets, duvet and everything you need to make your stay perfect. The bathroom has a spacious, modern shower, complete sanitary facilities, a mirror, a hairdryer and enough space for your personal belongings. The fully equipped kitchen includes a stove, refrigerator, freezer, filter hood, oven, microwave, washing machine and a complete set of pots, dishes, glasses, cups and cutlery. It is completed by a NESPRESSO coffee machine with assorted coffee pods and a water boiler with tea and herbal tea bags. It is a few minutes away from both Metro Verde MM2 Gioia and Metro Lilla MM5 Isola. Private parking is available on request at 20€/night. In just 7 minutes walk you can also reach Garibaldi FS, Corso Como and the famous Gae Aulenti, where you can admire the most modern part of Milan in contrast to its historical centre. The Duomo can be reached in 15 minutes by public transport. The Central Station is only 5 minutes away by metro (MM2) or 13 minutes on foot. The flat is located in the Gioia-Isola district, where the famous Bosco Verticale, the district's famous green lung, is located. A few steps from the flat is the enchanting botanical garden (Biblioteca degli Alberi di Milano - Milan Tree Library) characterised by the surrounding skyscrapers, creating a modern and innovative design.
