Check-in (arrival in the apartment) is possible from 4pm and check-out (departure from the apartment) must be done no later than 11am. It is possible to arrive before 4pm provided the cleaning has been done, please contact us for validation. ✧DO I HAVE TO PAY A DEPOSIT? On booking the amount of the reservation is cashed. In the event of cancellation up to 5 days before the arrival date, this amount will be refunded in full. ✧ARE PETS ALLOWED? We love animals but unfortunately they are not allowed in the accommodation for hygiene reasons. ✧IS SMOKING ALLOWED IN THE ACCOMMODATION? It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the apartment (the apartment is equipped with a smoke detector). ✧HOW MANY PEOPLE CAN SLEEP IN THE APARTMENT? The equipment in the apartment will allow you to stay with 4 people, possibly with an extra baby. ✧ARE TOWELS PROVIDED? Yes, bath sheets are systematically provided. ✧IS HOUSEHOLD LINEN PROVIDED? Yes, everything you need is provided, so you won't need to bother with your own sheets, covers ect. ✧IS HOUSEKEEPING INCLUDED IN THE STAY? A cleaning package is included in the rental price so that the apartment is delivered clean for your arrival. However, the tenant is required to return it in its normal state of use (dishes done, floor clean, etc...). An additional cleaning service (€50) will be charged if it is necessary to clean for more than one hour following your stay. ✧ WHERE CAN I PARK? A private covered parking space is available in the secure residence for the duration of your stay. Guest access You can access the accommodation independently using a code.
