Guests can smoke in the backyard. - THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE! Parties, events, or large unruly gatherings are NOT permitted. - No loud music, shouting, or excess noise outside, including backyard, patio. Quiet time from 9 PM to 8 AM. - Only up to 3 parking spaces are provided. 1 in the garage, 2 on the driveway. No street parking is permitted. - House can comfortably host up to 10 guests. - Maximum of 10 guests staying. If you have more guests on the premises stay than you have noted in your reservation, we reserve the right through Airbnb to charge additional amount, per guest per night. - There is an interactive doorbell with camera, a security camera facing the driveway for security purpose only. ***EXTRA SERVICE FEES*** We may be able to accommodate an early check-in for $35 per hour before 4pm. Please reach out to us at least 3 days prior to your arrival so we can arrange with our cleaners.
