Stay in one of the larger Sydney heritage protected homes that has it's history beautifully restored to life, while enjoying the creature comforts of the new renovation, temperature control, high end appliances and quality furnishings. Barangaroo metro station is 5 minutes walk away. The space 4 bedroom 3 bathroom self contained home. Featuring luxurious high ceiling and air-conditioning in all bedrooms and living area. Essentials including unlimited WIFI internet, coffee, tea, kitchen basics and toiletries will be waiting for you to help you get settled. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, stove, microwave, toaster, kettle, fridge, pots, plates, glasses, cutlery and Nespresso machine (bring your own pods or purchase 10 for $10 from me). A washing machine and dryer is also available for you to use. The bedding configuration is as follows: Main bedroom: King bed (level 2) Room 2: King bed (level 1) Room 3: Single bed + Single trundle roll out mattress. (level 1) Room 4: 2 x Single bed (level 1) We can provide a double airbed if required. Request for trundle and airbed bed linen 48 hours before arrival if required. Level Configuration: Lower ground floor - a bar area, bathroom with shower and outdoor back courtyard. BBQ in this level is not working. Ground floor - living room, dining room and kitchen. Level 1 - Room 2, Room 3, Room 4, Bathroom with shower Level 2 - Main bedroom with en-suite bathroom. Look across the road at the stunning view of the tallest tower in Sydney, Crown Tower and the Barangaroo precinct. Guest access You will have the entire apartment to yourself. PARKING: You can purchase Street parking permits from me for $55 per calendar day to park outside the house. Secure one as soon as possible as I have limited supply. First Parking station at Kent Street 3 minutes walk away. You can check their website for their price based on what time you want to use it. The street parking right outside the apartment is metered between 8am and 10pm and you can purchase parking tickets from the street parking meter with a maximum of 2 hours at a time. It costs approximately $8 per hour or purchase a street parking permit from me. HERITAGE & HISTORICAL SIGNIFICANCE Kent Street at The Rocks is situated close to the escarpment above Hickson Road, with views overlooking the Girri Girri steps, Nawi Cove and Barangaroo. The site is a part of a group of Federation era terraces/cottage designed by Walter E. Adams, constructed c.1911 and developed by the Sydney Harbour Trust for the waterside workers as a part of the post-plague redevelopment of The Rocks, Dawes Point and Millers Point.
