The first pavilion has a stunning master bedroom with a king sized bed, TV and en-suite with bath and air-con with the queen en-suite bedroom on the same floor but thoughtfully set apart. The second pavilion has another bathroom and separate WC and 3 bedrooms made up of 2 x queen and one with 2 x singles. The downstairs of the second pavilion has a media room with 165cm HD screen of cinematic quality to watch movies or sport from Foxtel or Netflix, with air-con. If out and about enjoying the sea and sand of either Sandy Point or Snapper mans Beach, both of which are a 2 minute walk away, you can come home and have an outdoor double shower in literally the Taj Mahal of outdoor showers which privately looks toward the adjoining park. Marble topped kitchen benches allow preparation of meals fit for a king at either the indoor or outdoor dining tables which seat 10 x people and overlook the grassy courtyard separating the two pavilions. If you prefer not to cook, meander down to Club Palm Beach, Barrenjoey House or a short drive will take you to The Boathouse or Palm Beach Golf Club to dine with the locals. There is secure parking for two cars which lead you to the kitchen and once inside you will feel totally private and surrounded by greenery from the lawn, adjoining park and clever splashback in the kitchen. The home has been designed so the living areas can be enjoyed separately or together and whether you choose to stay in and enjoy the absolute luxury or venture out to Sandy Point Beach, Snapper mans Beach or the Palm Beach Village you will feel like you have been totally spoiled in a way that is fit for a king.
