Have a relaxing stay in this calm space in a pleasant suburban area of Preston, a short drive from the M6, 10 mins walk to Royal Preston Hospital and on a bus route to the university. Cumbria and the coast within an hour's drive. The room is spacious and light, with a double bed and a work space - ideal for one or two guests. There's a shared bathroom + downstairs cloakroom. A light breakfast is available and use of the kitchen facilities. 5 minutes walk to pubs, bars and restaurants. The space As well as your room and the shared bathroom, the kitchen and rear living/dining area with Sky tv are there for your use. if the weather is good, there's also a patio and private garden you are welcome to sit in.
