Includes everything to make your stay complete, including full service mini kitchen with microwave, mini-refrigerator, hot plate, coffee maker, and more with kitchen fully stocked with what you need to cook. Walking distance to the most popular local coffee shop and restaurant, River Rock Roasting. The space This beautiful new space is walking distance to a walking trail along the Virgin River. It has beautiful views, cozy new furnishings, and is completely private from the hostess home. Kimberly is a yoga instructor and hiking guide and can recommend local hikes and offers yoga classes right in her home which has one shared, sound proof wall with the cozy cottage space. There is also a newly installed mini split A/C unit which offers remotes in each room so you can control the temperature in each separate room. Guest access There is one parking space up on the driveway of the home for guests. If there is more than one car, the second car can park on the road in front of the house.
