Beautiful, newly remodeled private living space in the heart of LaVerkin, 25 minutes from Zion National Park and 30 minutes from St George. Living space is cozy, clean and has a lot of natural light. Includes everything to make your stay complete, including full service mini kitchen with microwave, mini-refrigerator, hot plate, coffee maker, and more with kitchen fully stocked with what you need to cook. Walking distance to the most popular local coffee shop and restaurant, River Rock Roasting. This beautiful new space is walking distance to a walking trail along the Virgin River. It has beautiful views, cozy new furnishings, and is completely private from the hostess home. Kimberly is a yoga instructor and hiking guide and can recommend local hikes and offers yoga classes right in her home which has one shared, sound proof wall with the cozy cottage space. There is also a newly installed mini split A/C unit which offers remotes in each room so you can control the temperature in each separate room. There is one parking space up on the driveway of the home for guests. If there is more than one car, the second car can park on the road in front of the house. I’m right across the street from the river, with river access close by. I’m also walking distance to River Rock Roasting Company. There’s a grocery store a few miles away. Most importantly, I’m 25 minutes away from Zion National Park, home of something of the worlds most scenic hikes and beauty. It’s easiest to drive a car in this area, but once you enter Zion, during the majority of the year, there are shuttles that run you from the Visitors Center to the most popular hikes.
