Private entrance with your own outdoor sitting area where you can enjoy a cup of coffee under the shaded canopy of foliage. Feel free to come and go as you please and enjoy all that this city as to offer. There is ample free street parking. The space is equipped with a queen size bed, dining area, sitting nook and a brand new kitchenette with quartz countertop. Enjoy making your meals with all the essentials including a new convection oven/ air fryer, microwave, hot plate, coffee maker and water kettle. The brand new standing shower is lined with beautiful glass tile. We provide towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and a hair dryer. The unit also has a powerful 18,000 BTU mini split system with AC and heat. Owner live in the front house but with a separate entrance . There is plenty of street parking and easy access to freeways including the 405, 170, 101 and 134. Property does have an EV Charger which can be booked for use. We can also arrange to wash any towels and linens during your stay complimentary. We are a non smoking environment. I do have a very well behaved standard poodle but she does not have access to the studio or the entrance to it.
