One-time US 15 entry fee per guest Guest access After checking in at the Concierge located at the building's reception, you can enter the apartment using the access code that we will send you 1 day before your arrival. Also at reception you will be given 1 fob/device that allows you to open all the access doors to the building and in turn activates the elevators to access all the floors. You will also be given a card that allows you to open the electronic gate to enter the internal parking lot. In case of loss, the replacement cost is US 100 x each device. Excellent location 15 minutes from Miami International Airport and 30 minutes from Fort Lauderdale Airport, with quick access to public beach (10 minutes by car to Ocean Terrace), Miami Beach (20 minutes), Bal Harbour (15 minutes), Brickell Center (18 minutes) Bayside Marketplace (18 minutes).
