Keep it simple at this convenient centrally-located place. BEFORE BOOKING, PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION. AC IS CENTRAL AND IS ALWAYS SET AT 73 DEGREES FAHRENHEIT (22 CELSIUS). YOU CANNOT CHANGE AC TEMPERATURE. There are extra blankets and a fan available at the apartment. 1 Full kitchen with all you need to cook; 1 Full bathroom; 1 room with a Queen size bed, TV and closet; Living room with 4 chairs table; 1 Double bed in the living room (twin size mattress) and a balcony. 1 Parking Spot The space Enjoy a newly remodeled apartment centrally located! Apartment located at the first floor. There is NO elevator. Please check pictures to see the stairs you will need to use. Apartment has a smart lock and you will receive your personal code before your check-in time. Please note there is not a key available. If you need to drop off your luggage before check-in time, just let me know! The building offers paid laundry machines in the first floor and also outside siting in the backyard. House is professionally cleaned before your stay and we do not offer cleaning services during your stay. If you want to receive PACKAGES, please make sure you receive them during your stay. We are not responsible for lost packages and if they arrive after your stay, we will charge $30 + shipping price to go to the post office to send it somewhere. As a host, I am 24 hours available in case you need anything! We will do all possible for you to have a great stay! Other things to note The entrance door has a keypad locker that is easy to use and each guest have their own code for it. I will always be aware of your check-in time to make sure you are able to easily check-in. If not having a physical key is a personal problem for you, please do not book this place. 1-Please note the AC is Central and is always set at 73 degrees Fahrenheit. 2-There are extra blankets inside your closet. There is also a Fan in the apartment. 3- There are NO VISITORS (outside your reservation) allowed in the apartment. 4- The room do not offer 100% blackout technology. It offers a standard room darkening vinyl blinds just like shown in the pictures. 5- Quiet hours are from 10pm to 8am. As a host, I am 24 hours available to help make your stay a 5 stars stay and I ask you to please communicate with me if something needs attention and I'll take care of it.
