Welcome to our beautifully renovated 4-bedroom, 1.5-bathroom home, perfectly situated just a 10-minute drive from Sydney's bustling CBD. Whether you're here for business or leisure, our spacious and stylish retreat offers the ideal blend of comfort and convenience. The space Bed Configurations: - 1 king bed - 3 queen bed - 1 double bed * the room with double bed does not have windows but only roof skylight Main features: - Air-condition in living room and the large bedroom with two queen bed. For other rooms/areas we provide portable fans & heaters - Smart TV (Netflix, YouTube available) - Every bedroom with large closet -Fresh bed linen and one bath towel for each guest - Fully equipped kitchen with Gas cook, Oven, Microwave, Electric Kettle, Toaster, Pots, Plates, Cups, Cutlery etc. - Washing Machine and Dryer - Hair dryers, Shampoo, Conditioner, Body wash. Parking Time Limit: - 8am-6pm (free for within 2 hours parking) - After 6pm is unlimited until 8am the next day morning - This limit only applies from Monday to Friday - Weekends no parking limit Location: *Just a short drive to Sydney CBD* - 13-mins walk to The University of Sydney: City-wide multidisciplinary university - 4-mins drive to Tramsheds: Shopping mall with various restaurants and a supermarket - 8-mins drive to Sydney Fish Market: shops for seafood, deli items, wine & baked goods, plus restaurants - 7-mins drive to Darling Harbour: Waterfront with beautiful scenery - 5-mins drive to Broadway Shopping Center Transportation: - 3-mins walk to the nearest bus stop Guest access The entire front house is for you only. Guests staying at the granny flat would have seperate access but would walk pass between the outdoor toilet and the main house. Other things to note Please respect our neighbours. Strict NO party, No loud music all the time. quiet hour after 9pm. 1. No Parties: If we found out that you had a party in the property, you may be charged a cleaning fee of $500, eviction from the property will be the next step. 2. Noise level needs to be at an appropriate level from 9pm-7am, we may evict you from noise complaints, and a penalty of $500 occurred from your deposit.
