Other things to note *HOUSE MANUAL Upon check-in, please take a moment to read through the House Manual provided in the room. *Check-in 16:00 – 21:00 This is a very quiet residential area. To avoid disturbing our neighbors, please ensure you check in no later than 21:00. *Check-out By 11:00 Cleaning staff will arrive promptly at 11:00. Please be aware that a penalty of 2,000 JPY per 15 minutes will be charged for any unauthorized late check-outs. *BBQ BBQ is not permitted on the premises. We appreciate your understanding. *Smoking Policy -The entire indoor area is strictly non-smoking (including electronic cigarettes/vaping). -Smoking is only permitted at the table in the garden. -Please keep noise to a minimum when smoking outside after 20:00, as voices carry easily in this neighborhood. *For Guests Staying Multiple Nights -We do not provide towel or sheet replacement during your stay. Please use the washing machine provided. -There is no cleaning service during your stay. -Trash collection is available upon request. Please contact us if needed. 【IMPORTANT】 Quiet Hours This house is located in a very quiet neighborhood with many elderly residents. Please remain quiet after 20:00. In the event of noise complaints, you may be asked to vacate the premises immediately. Your cooperation in following these rules is strictly required. *About Insects As this is a traditional Japanese house (Kominka), you may encounter insects. If you are uncomfortable with them, please take note (insecticide and repellent are available at the entrance). If you are extremely uncomfortable with insects, we kindly suggest reconsidering your stay at this property. *Security Cameras A security camera is installed at the entrance to verify guest identity and the number of occupants. *Other Rules -The following rules must be strictly followed. Violations may result in fines: -Extra Cleaning: If the room is left excessively dirty due to inappropriate use, an additional cleaning fee (triple the standard rate) may be charged. -Damages: You will be charged for any lost or damaged items/equipment. -Unauthorized Guests: If more guests are found staying than declared in the booking, a penalty of 20,000 JPY per additional person will be charged. (Occupancy is monitored via the entrance camera.) -Trash: Please sort your trash according to the instructions on the bins. -Kitchen: Please wash all used dishes and cooking utensils before you leave. -Smoking: Strictly outdoors only. Indoor smoking is absolutely prohibited. -Parking: Only one parking space is available. Please do not park on the street, as it causes trouble for the neighbors. *Check-in Procedure There is no on-site manager at this property. -Please retrieve the key from the lockbox at the entrance. -Please register your guest information via the URL sent to you after booking confirmation. -Non-resident foreign nationals are required to provide a copy of their passport.
