There is a small area in the closet that is locked with owners personal items. The house is all one floor and the yard and pool area are gated and walled in for your enjoyment. A keyless security system is coded just for you. Other things to note For winter months: Hot tub heating is included in the price of the rental. Pool is usually temperate Mid April- Mid October. If you want to heat the pool, it is $75 per day, paid directly to host. The pool takes 8 hours to heat up and you can decide on heat at any time. We have a great golf cart you can rent. Palm Springs has a strict sound ordinance, so there is no music at all allowed to be played outside. As well, the outside area must be quiet from 10pm to 10am. All guests are required to acknowledge this sound ordinance via signature and agree to abide by city rules. We are required to have a sound monitor outside so if sound reaches certain decibels we can notify you (we have only had one issue with this when someone was partying hard!)
