Explore a luxurious and peaceful stay where every element has been carefully designed for a respite from the mayhem of the city of Jaipur. Our villa is ideally close to the city, yet it is tucked away in a tranquil enclave with beautiful surroundings. The space This home is tastefully decorated with modern and lush interiors. As you get in, you find yourself in a big hall with a connected space for kitchen. We have a big sofa set with coffee table, TV unit with a 43" large TV and a Bar table with 2 chairs. A lawn that allows plenty of light and fresh breeze in the Villa Kitchen is fully equipped with all cooking essentials, necessary electronics and all cookware & glassware. Guests are allowed to prepare veg and non-veg meals. They can also choose to order from the nearby restaurants. There are crockery available for 6 people. There is 1 bedroom. They can perfectly fit 2 guests each and living room for extra sleeping arrangement for 2 guests. The bedroom has ensuite bathroom with a hot bathtub and shower cubicle. Fresh towels and toiletries are provided for your use. There is a private pool in the Villa. There is a private lawn which can accommodate 20-25 people and on prior notice small events can be organized too. Guest access The Villa is located on VIT road, Jagatpura, Jaipur Guest can use the pool anytime during the day and there is a parking space outside to park their vehicles. Other things to note Urth Policies :- 1. Pets are allowed. 2. LOUD MUSIC – Quiet Hours are from 10 PM to 6 AM. We'd not want to be the cause of disturbance to anyone. No Outdoor music allowed post 10 PM. 3. ELECTRICITY & WATER SUPPLY – The supply is generally permanent, but can sometimes happen to have an accident or suspension. In case there is no electricity, the management isn’t responsible as the cut off shall be a common problem for all. The villa is backed up by an inverter but no air conditioners work during a cut off. 4. Villa AMENITIES – Kindly note the kitchen is available for our guest’s convenience, any eatables/Spices/Oil required for cooking shall be borne by the guests themselves. 5. DAMAGE TO PROPERTY – The guests will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the property caused by them or their group members. Any breakage or something missing shall be chargeable as per actuals. (Kindly ask the owners for the charges) 6. MISCONDUCT – Any misconduct or nuisance or loud behavior shall not be tolerated in the homestay, incase this happens the management has full right to ask the guest to vacate the space. We expect our guests to be respectful towards us, the caretaker and the space and we will definitely resonate the same from our end. Right to admission reserved. 7. POOL – You will have 24*7 pool access. Be mindful of the safety measures. 8. Smoking is strictly prohibited in the rooms. Please use garden area for smoking.
