With Comfortable King sized bed 2 seater comfortable sofa With center table Tv with wifi Geyser in bathroom Fully equipped kitchen- With Microwave, refrigerator, RO water purifying machine, Induction for cooking, coffee maker Tea, coffee, sugar And some basic masala’s. Free wifi Free parking (depends on availability.) Swimming pool- Pool and garden area is on roof top Press R in lift to reach pool and garden area -Access to shared gym nd shared infinity pool area Will be accessible to the guests during summers only. Most probably from April to September or October depending on weather. Gym Gym is not a really big gym But there are some weights, Treadmill, cycling etc. Notes -No parties / no very loud music allowed. -No decorations of any kind( balloons, tape on walls etc) allowed. -No visitors allowed -No check in allowed without proper id - No alcohol allowed in pool area -Food delivery like Zomato / swiggy is allowed doorstep till 10 pm After 10 pm guest have to go down to collect their food - this apartment is completely separate apartment but you will find there some residents, offices and airbnb guest of another apartment in the building. Guest access Guest will have access to the roof top garden, shared gym, shared pool depending on availability ( april to September or October depending on weather) Other things to note No parties or louder music allowed No alcohol allowed in pool area No visitors allowed No check in allowed without proper id’s Food delivery allowed till 10 pm only for safety purposes, After 10 pm guest have to go down to collect their food.
