Outside, you will have 2 terraces (1 garden furniture and 1 living room with armchairs), barbecue, umbrella, sunbeds, children's armchairs, swing, trampoline, basketball basket, 5 adult bikes including 1 with child seat and 1 child transport trailer. 40 minutes from Troyes, at the foot of Lac d 'Amance, with its port, beach and water sports, independent house on enclosed grounds, located in the heart of Dienville where you will find a bakery, a grocery store, a bar/tobacco, restaurants. The cottage is fully equipped for baby reception: 2 umbrella beds, baby high chair, scalable chair, sunbed, dishes, changing table with bathtub, park... Beds made on arrival, towels and linens provided, end of stay cleaning at extra cost, heating, wood and electricity included in the price of the stay.
