Start your days with hot breakfasts prepared in your well-equipped, full kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a table for six, then settle into the adjacent living area with high ceilings, large windows, a warming gas fireplace, and a flatscreen TV. The kids can head down to the lower-level rec room where they can play foosball, darts, or just watch their own shows and movies on a second TV. This room is off a massive garage offering an indoor basketball hoop, cornhole set and space for parking boats, cars, or snowmobile trailers. Outside, there's a large furnished deck with a gas fire table and gas grill, a fire pit in the yard below, and a private outdoor hot tub under the stars. There is a gorgeous variety of trees in all directions. What's nearby: If you're looking to hit the slopes in winter, Schweitzer Mountain Resort, the best family-friendly resort in the Pacific Northwest, is less than 14 miles north. In warm weather, play some disc golf at the Baldwood DGC just three miles away (there is a set of discs at the house!), spend afternoons at Sandpoint City Beach Park, or bring your clubs and head over to the Idaho Club Golf Course, 13 miles from your door. When it's time to venture out, you'll find several terrific shops and restaurants close by including The Hydra Steakhouse, Second Avenue Pizza, MickDuff's Brewpub & Fiesta Bonita Mexican Restaurant.
