We offer stylish accommodation on a farmhouse at the very end of the village. The picturesque bike path around Třeboň starts right next to the farmhouse – perfect for relaxing trips in the beautiful countryside. Two superbly equipped apartments await you, each with three spacious bedrooms with air conditioning and a total capacity of up to 9 people. Enjoy privacy, comfort, and unforgettable moments surrounded by nature. The space The first apartment is 1kk with a separate fully equipped kitchen with a bathroom with shower and underfloor heating. There is also a queen bed with a sofa bed that, when unfolded, provides a full 55-inch double bed with a mattress for sleeping. A large TV is a landmark of the entire space. Heating is available via a fireplace or central heating, or via air conditioning for heating or cooling. I am happy to provide firewood. Second apartment with two bedrooms with fully equipped kitchen fridge/freezer and dining table. The living room has a bed with a sofa bed, a TV, and a large closet to store personal belongings. Two beds and a closet are located in the second bedroom. The landmark of the apartment is a large bathroom with a shower, toilet and underfloor heating. The apartment is heated by air conditioning. In the enclosed yard there is a covered pergola with a rattan seating, where there is a gas grill and a coal grill. For summer enjoyment, there is a 4.5-meter swimming pool with sun loungers and a heated hot tub. If you would like to use the hot tub, please let us know in advance so we can preheat it for you according to your preferences. Children's use - sandpit, slide, tractor, etc. We believe that our children will not be bored and parents will take a break from their daily worries. Bikes can be locked in a separate lockable room. Guest access Both apartments have a common corridor, which includes a shoe rack for each apartment separately. There are also lockable cabinets in the hallway for storing personal belongings. Other things to note If you wish to enjoy the magic of our hot tub, let us know in advance - and we will prepare it for you like a magic potion in a magic cauldron. We'll heat it up to a warm 40 degrees, so you can immerse yourself in warm bubbles, even if there's a cold wind outside and the thermometer shows only five degrees. And when summer shines like a fairy tale, we turn the hot tub into a refreshing pond for little water fairies and knights.
