The location is extremely convenient — just minutes from Perth Airport, Caversham Wildlife Park and the Swan Valley wineries and breweries. You’re also close to local shops, parks, cafés and plenty of supermarkets/ big shopping centres. Major highways are nearby, making trips to the city, the coast and all regions of Perth simple and direct. Frequent bus routes along the street connect to key train stations, so getting around without a car is easy with the help of the Transperth app. Guest access Guests have access to their private bedroom, the shared bathroom, kitchen, living room, laundry and the outdoor patio area. The bathroom is shared only with me when I’m home — otherwise you’ll have it entirely to yourself. All shared areas are kept clean, tidy and easy to use. Free on-site parking is available. You’re welcome to park on the right side of the driveway or along the surrounding verges of the property. Self-check-in is available for convenience, and you’re free to come and go as you wish throughout your stay! During your stay I’m naturally pretty laid-back and respectful of guests’ space. If you prefer privacy, I’ll give you plenty of it, but I’m always happy for a friendly chat or to offer local tips if you’d like. Other things to note Please note that the home isn’t suitable for children, and smoking or vaping isn’t allowed inside. To keep the room clean and comfortable for all guests, please enjoy food and drinks only in the shared areas. The bathroom is directly opposite your room and is shared only with me when I’m home — otherwise you’ll have it entirely to yourself. The bedroom is cozy and well-equipped, but if you’re travelling with large luggage, I’m happy to store it in the garage so you have more space. Occasionally there may be another guest staying in the master room, but everyone has their own private space and I ensure the home stays quiet, tidy and respectful for all visitors.
