This renovated former grocery shop, located in a picturesque village at the junction of the Dordogne and Vézère valleys, offers contemporary comforts in a historic, bucolic setting, as well as stunning views over the Dordogne. Its terrace gives access to a private garden planted with trees. The inventor of the Michelin Man lived here in the 1940s. The space The fully equipped house comprises : - An air-conditioned living room with open kitchen - Two air-conditioned bedrooms - A dining veranda with a daybed opening onto the terrace - A terrace overlooking the Dordogne river - A private garden with trees and barbecue - Cellar housing a games room with table football - A shower room - An outside courtyard planted with trees. The house has 2 bedrooms (1 double bed + 2 single beds) with an additional bed in the conservatory. It can accommodate up to 5 people. Guest access The house is accessible via a key box. It is not currently equipped for small children. It is not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Other things to note Video instructions for using the appliance will be sent to you if required.
