You can check in seamlessly at any time after 15:00 using the unique code provided. - Smart lock with digital PIN access code for self-check-in and check-out. - I always try to have the apartment ready as early as possible, and if you require an early check-in, I will do my best to accommodate your request, depending on availability. CLEANING POLICY My professional cleaning service will ensure the apartment is thoroughly cleaned before your arrival and after your departure, so you won't need to worry about cleaning anything upon leaving. For stays of over five nights, I offer a complimentary cleaning service along with a change of linens and towels every 5 nights. Please request this service at least 24 hours in advance. If you require additional cleaning or a change of linens and towels, this can be arranged for a surcharge. Once the booking is confirmed, you will receive a detailed instructions from me. The apartment is equipped with a Smart Lock, enabling you to check in effortlessly at any time after the designated check-in hour using a unique code that I will provide prior to your arrival. For your convenience, I can arrange a private airport transfer, and I will provide rates after your booking confirmation. City tax 50CZK/2EUR per person per night is payable in cash upon arrival. Valid government ID of all guests over 18 years old is required for online check-in. Link will be sent to you, where you will upload your IDs for verification. Apartment could be accessed only upon completion of online check-in. Once all guest information required by Czech law is submitted, the apartment access codes will be sent to you 1 day before your arrival. House rules: No Smoking Policy – Smoking indoors is forbidden. A fee of €200 will be charged to cover professional ozone cleaning if smoking occurs inside the apartment. Smoking is permitted on the balcony for your convenience.
