You can ski-in to the complex, take a 10-minute walk to the gondola or the free bus right outside the unit. If you bring a car, park and store your gear in the private, attached, 1-car, heated garage. Enjoy the convenience of in unit laundry. End the day by relaxing & enjoying the shared hot tub. The space Welcome to Cozy Pines at Twin Elk Lodge! Our 2-bed, 2-bath condo is nestled in the perfect location to enjoy and explore Breckenridge whether for skiing, hiking, biking or exploring the town and the surrounding areas. It is a 5-minute walk to downtown shops and restaurants on Main Street and 10-minute walk to the free BreckConnect gondola that takes you up to the base of Peak 8. Not looking to walk to or ride the gondola? There is a free bus that picks up right outside our building. After your time skiing on the mountain, take the Gondola Ski Back and arrive at the condo in ease. Enjoy the heated, attached garage for parking your vehicle and storing all your equipment and gear in a warm location. Have two cars? One additional parking spot is provided directly in front of the garage. This condo’s prime location, allows you to embrace the convenience of exploring all that Breck has to offer, whether you have a car or not! After your adventure filled day, relax in the community hot tub which is a short walk across from the garage. The mountains are calling and you must come! Your mountain getaway starts when you pull into the ground level, heated, attached garage. You can unload your gear and take it directly into the 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms that are on the garage level of the unit. All outdoor gear can stay in the garage as it is your own private garage during your stay. On this level, you will find the primary bedroom with a queen-sized bed, a dresser, closet, cable TV and an ensuite bathroom. The ensuite bathroom includes a single-sink vanity separated by a door from the bathtub/shower combo and toilet. Next to the primary bedroom is the secondary bedroom with a bunk bed with two full sized mattresses. There is a staircase on the side of the bunks to provide an easy way to get to the top bunk. The dresser and the drawers on the staircase provide additional storage for your items along with the closet. This room has a smart Roku TV that you can connect to your own streaming accounts. Just across the hall is a full bathroom that features a walk-in shower, vanity and a toilet. Climb the steps to the second floor where you will find the main living space. Having the 2 levels provides a nice separation of living and sleeping space for your group. The living room, kitchen and dining room are all connected in a bright, open room, allowing for easy connection as a group. Besides entering via the garage, you can also directly enter the condo from the outside on this level. In the living room, you will find a cozy sectional sofa from which you can relax while you warm up by the gas fireplace or enjoy a movie on the smart Roku TV, including cable TV. You have the ability to connect to your own streaming accounts for a personalized entertainment experience. There are a variety of board and card games and puzzles that are under the TV and allow for family and friend game nights. The dining area is connected to the living room, where you will find a table with seating for 6 with corner windows and pine tree views. A sliding glass door out onto the covered deck allows you to enjoy the outdoors with views of the peaks, while sitting on the couch or chairs. The fully equipped kitchen opens up into the living/dining spaces with two bar stools to allow for people to easily talk with the chef. In the kitchen, there are stainless steel appliances, a coffee maker, a full range of pots and pans, an assortment of knife types and serving utensils and a variety of small appliances to make sure that you will have everything you need to prepare your delicious creations when you are not eating at one of the many Breckenridge restaurants. There is a closet washer and dryer available in the unit if the need to do laundry arises. This is a 930 square foot, two-story unit for 6 people. There is no additional room in the unit for extra beds. No smoking of any kind or vaping in the unit nor grilling on the deck. While we adore furry friends, please note that our HOA does not permit guests to bring pets. We have your essentials covered from towels and linens to shampoo, soaps, detergent and paper products. There are fans, humidifiers and white noise machines for each bedroom. Garage Level: Parking for 2 cars total: 1 space in heated garage, 1 space in front of garage. No additional spaces are available on the property and any additional cars could be towed. Bedroom/Bathroom #1 - Primary Suite: Queen bed (sleeps 2), TV with cable, private bathroom with bathtub/shower combo, toilet, sink. Bedroom #2: Bunk bed with full sized mattress on each bunk (each bed sleeps 2 for 4 total), TV with cable and ability to log into your streaming accounts. Bathroom #2: Walk in shower, toilet, sink Upper Level: Living, Dining and Kitchen Area: Sectional couch, gas fireplace, TV with cable and ability to log into your streaming accounts, breakfast bar (seating for 2), fully equipped kitchen, dining table (seating for 6), washer/dryer and walk out deck. Guest access You have complete access to the garage and entire condo. You also have access to the community hot tub. Personal code assigned for easy contactless check-in and check-out. Other things to note No smoking of any kind or vaping is allowed in the unit, garage or on the deck or walk out areas. No pets allowed. There is no air conditioning in this unit. This unit has a ground floor entrance to the bedrooms and bathrooms but there are stairs required to reach the kitchen, dining and living spaces. There is no elevator in the unit. The property is considered ski-in, but you have to walk to the gondola or take the free shuttle to get to a lift. Ski-in access is based on the opening of the Gondola Ski Back trail. The resort determines when this run opens based on conditions. Most seasons it is open by Mid-December. If the trail is not open, return via the free shuttle or walk back from the gondola.
