Come and relax in our quiet,clean and private one bedroom in the City of Torrance. A cozy bedroom, kitchen and modern bathroom completed with glass shower, washer and dryer available. Living room can accomodate extra guests on pull out sofa bed. Please book for extra guests if you need two separate beds made for your trip. Parking is on the driveway and 1 parking space per guest assigned on entire stay. Quiet residential and neighborhood area. No accommodation for guests pet. The space This is an alley accessed street, residential single family on one end and warehouse and commercial property on the other ends. Not many traffic going through the street except whom work or live on our street. Close to 5 hospitals: Torrance, Carson, Lawndale, Gardena and Long Beach area. All within 5 miles radius. Perfect for travelled nurses and visitors. Very friendly and diverse community. Please help keep our community safe and healthy together. Uber or Lyft is easy to get if needed. Guest access Guest has access to 1 parking space on driveway, closer to the wall, on entire stay. Side yard entrance leading to the Home Sweet Home. Entire home is private space for guest. Backyard is shared with owner and family. Other things to note Trash pick up is on Fridays. Please leave trash outside the front door if you are staying during Thursday night and we will pick it up for you.
