Guest suite located on a 5,000-meter farm, 4 km from the center of Serra Negra. Accommodates only 1 couple. Ideal for spending quiet days in nature. It contains 1 double bed, full private bathroom, ceiling fan, Smart TV. Wi-Fi. Access to the swimming pool, barbecue/gourmet space. Minimum 2 nights, holidays min. 3 to 4 nights. Christmas, New Year's, Carnival min. 5 nights. We do not accept check-in after 6 p.m. Important: Please read our entire listing before booking. The space The guest suite is located at the back of the 5,000-square-meter farm, with space to park the car (uncovered). 4 km from the center of Serra Negra Our property is on a quiet, cul-de-sac street. The subdivision's streets are all paved up to the farm's entrance. The property is fully fenced and the gate has remote control. Guests receive a remote control and the key to their suite. The bed is a "Full" size (1.38m x 1.88m), with a spring mattress and "pillow top," and we provide bed linen and bath towels. For the winter, we have super cozy flannel sheets and plush. Guests should bring pool towels. The en-suite has a ceiling fan and heater for the winter, Smart TV with Netflix. Free Wi-Fi. The pool is heated with solar heater and thermal blanket. On cloudy days or in winter, the desired temperature will not be reached. The pergola has a floor fireplace for roasting marshmallows. Pool, barbecue/gourmet space is shared with other guests (maximum 8 people if all suites, guest house and tree house are rented) and is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, blender, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, etc. Prepare your own breakfast: we provide coffee, milk, teas, sugar, sweetener, bread and cream cheese. We have an orchard with mangoes of different types, pitanga, acerola, passion fruit, guava, jabuticaba that can be tasted in season. We have parrots, toucans, parakeets, jacus, hummingbirds, and other birds that visit the property in search of fruits and flowers. Guest access Gourmet Space: The gourmet space is covered and enclosed, has a barbecue area equipped with a grill and skewers for barbecue and marshmallow, a pizza oven, a stove, a refrigerator with a separate freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans and other utensils. We do not provide charcoal, firewood or a lighter. The gourmet space is shared with other guests (maximum 6 more people if the guest house and suites are rented). To use the barbecue and/or pizza oven, we request that you book in advance. Priority is given to the guest who books first. Important: The space, all utensils and equipment used must be delivered clean and stored, so that other guests can use them. Gourmet Space hours are from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Pool: The pool is heated with solar heater and thermal blanket. Hours from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. On cloudy days or in winter, the water temperature will not be hot. Pergola: The pergola has a floor fireplace, for roasting marshmallows or barbecuing, using charcoal only. Orchard: We have an orchard with mangoes of different types, pitanga, acerola, blackberries, passion fruit, guava, jabuticaba that can be tasted in season. Other things to note Check-in time from 12 noon to 6 p.m. at the latest, I cannot receive guests after this time, we do not make exceptions. Check-out time: 12 noon, may be flexible if we have availability. Out of consideration for other guests and neighbors, and in accordance with municipal and federal law, we kindly ask you not to play loud music and to respect quiet hours after 10 p.m. Smoking cigarettes, cigarillos, cigars, pipes, hookahs or any other smoking product is not permitted inside or outside the property. Lighting candles is not allowed. We can't accept pets. We suggest bringing sunscreen, repellent, cap or hat for hikes.
