Guest suite located on a 5,000-meter farm, 4 km from the center of Serra Negra. Accommodates only 1 couple. Ideal for spending quiet days in nature. It contains 1 double bed, full private bathroom, ceiling fan, Smart TV. Wi-Fi. Access to the swimming pool, barbecue/gourmet space. Minimum 2 nights, holidays min. 3 to 4 nights. Christmas, New Year's, Carnival min. 5 nights. We do not accept check-in after 6 p.m. Important: Please read our entire listing before booking. The space The guest suite is located at the bottom of the 5,000-square-foot farmhouse, with space to park the car (discovered). 4 Km from Centro de Serra Negra Our property is on a quiet street. Streets of the allotment are all asphalted to the entrance of the farmhouse. The property is all fenced and the gate has remote control. Guest receives a remote control and key to their suite. The bed is "Couple" (1.38m x 1.88m), with spring mattress and "pillow top", we provide bedding and bath towels. For the winter we have super cozy flannel and plush sheets. Guests must bring pool towels. The suite has a ceiling fan and heater for the winter, Smart TV with Netflix. Free Wi-Fi. The pool is heated with solar heater and thermal blanket. On cloudy days or in winter, the desired temperature will not be reached. The pergolado has a floor fireplace, for baking "marshmallows". Pool, BBQ/gourmet space is shared with other guests (maximum 8 people if all suites, host house and tree house are rented) and is equipped with stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffeemaker, blender, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots etc. Make your own breakfast: we provide coffee, milk, teas, sugar, sweetener, shape bread and curd. We have an orchard with mangoes of various types, pitanga, acerola, passion fruit, guava, jabuticaba that can be tasted in the season. We have maritacas, toucans, parakeets, jacus, kissing flowers, and other birds that visit the property in search of fruits and flowers. Guest access Gourmet Space: The gourmet space is covered and enclosed, has a barbecue area equipped with a grill and skewers for barbecue and marshmallow, a pizza oven, a stove, a refrigerator with a separate freezer, a microwave, a coffee maker, a toaster, a blender, dishes, glasses, cutlery, pots, pans and other utensils. We do not provide charcoal, firewood or a lighter. The gourmet space is shared with other guests (maximum 6 more people if the guest house and suites are rented). To use the barbecue and/or pizza oven, we request that you book in advance. Priority is given to the guest who books first. Important: The space, all utensils and equipment used must be delivered clean and stored, so that other guests can use them. Gourmet Space hours are from 7 a.m. to 10 p.m. Pool: The pool is heated with solar heater and thermal blanket. Hours from 9 a.m. to 9 p.m. On cloudy days or in winter, the water temperature will not be hot. Pergola: The pergola has a floor fireplace, for roasting marshmallows or barbecuing, using charcoal only. Orchard: We have an orchard with mangoes of different types, pitanga, acerola, blackberries, passion fruit, guava, jabuticaba that can be tasted in season. Other things to note Check-in time is from 12 p.m. to 6 p.m. at the latest, I cannot receive guests after this time, we do not make exceptions. Check-out time: 12 hours, you can be flexible if we have availability. In consideration of other guests and neighbors and in accordance with municipal and federal law, we kindly ask you not to use loud sound and respect quiet time after 10 p.m. It is not permitted to smoke cigarettes, cigarillos, cigars, pipes, hookahs or any other tobacco product inside or outside the property. Candles are not permitted. We can't accept pets. We suggest bringing sunscreen, repellent, cap or hat for walks.
