Our home offers a large open concept living and dining room, modern kitchen, 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms. The house can sleep up to 12 guests and allows 6 more days guests! The kitchen includes all brand-new black stainless steel appliances including gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, and large fridge. The large wood dining table fits eight people for comfortable seating. The private community of Brier Crest Woods offers the well-maintained Lake Shangri-La where you can relax on the beach, boat, play basketball and volleyball, and fish & kids can enjoy the playground. Our house is located on the lake (no lake access from the house) and offers a huge patio deck for entertaining, an outdoor hot tub, steam sauna, a gas fireplace on each floor, and a first floor game room with air hockey, billiards, ping-pong, and library. Outside you can also enjoy additional outdoor seating around a wood-burning fire pit with plenty of space for outdoor games. Just 5 doors down walk to private community beach, where you can relax and also access the playground, and the basketball and volleyball court. Being located in a community, guests must send the required information prior to checking in. In order to access community facilities such as the beach, playground, basketball, tennis, and club house, guests over the age of 6 are required to wear the community wristbands that are provided at the property, and which must be returned to the property after their use. Failure to return the wristbands will result in a $5 charge per wristband. Volleyball court at the property is not available during the winter months. Booking guest must be at least 25 years of age. No prom or graduation parties. One pet allowed, but must be house trained, and is not allowed on furniture. Our property is family owned and operated, and we go to great lengths to make sure that you enjoy your stay.
