I rent a beautiful beach house, 3 floors, PRIVATE, spacious, furnished and fully equipped. Private pool. Wi-Fi, 43" Smart TV, drinking water, hot water, cable. 300 meters from Los Farallones Beach and 700 meters from La Venturosa Beach where there is a reserved umbrella. Parking for 1 car (interior), up to 3 more cars outside. It also has a patera pool area and grill on the 3rd floor. Parties are not allowed. Families only. It's not part of a condominium. The space FIRST FLOOR: Fully equipped kitchen, living room and dining room. 1 bathroom. Internal garage. FLOOR 2: Master bedroom with bathroom. 2 additional bedrooms and 1 extra bathroom. Living room with sofa bed. 3rd FLOOR: Pool and grill area. Terrace. 1 bathroom. 2 sun loungers. Minibar. 10 minutes by car to Boulevard de Asia. Guest access You need to bring: -Bed linen for each one, such as sheets, covers, etc. - Towels -Personal hygiene items such as: soap, shampoo, toilet paper, etc. -For the kitchen: paper towels, dishwashing detergent, etc. Other things to note The keys will be picked up and left at my home in San Isidro after coordination.
