Wonderful newly built oceanfront house in a gated community. Casa Safira has 4 suites (1 master suite with sea view), all with air conditioning, bedding and towels. Located on the upper floor with access via stairs. Full open concept kitchen. It offers an experience with its own oceanfront gourmet area. The outdoor area has a private infinity pool facing the sea, sun lounger, barbecue grill, exclusive refrigerator and ice machine. Maids and barbecue chefs can be hired and are already used to receiving guests. Guest access The house has a private garage with 2 parking spaces, beach service, including a tent, chairs, a side table and a cooler (just ask the caretaker to assemble it). The house is already equipped with 3 double beds and 3 single beds, accommodating 9 people very well. We have 3 extra single mattresses available upon request. Equipment and Bedding The house is well equipped with sheets, blankets, bath towels, pool towels and filtered water. Bring a hat, beachwear, flip-flops, sunscreen, perfume, shampoo, and other personal products. The bathrooms already have toilet paper. 3. Local staff For the greatest comfort and safety of your stay, we recommend that you rent the house with an employee, who makes the house work. Payment is made directly to the employees. Employee hours: schedules can be negotiated with them! I usually ask the employee to arrive at 9 a.m. Employee fee: to be consulted.
