The space The villa is spread across two floors: Ground floor - 2 bedrooms with attached washrooms - Living Room with Powder Room - Dining table that seats 5 - Fully equipped modular kitchen - Spacious front lawn FIrst Floor - 2 bedrooms with attached washrooms - Living Room with Powder Room - Dining table that seats 5 - Fully equipped modular kitchen - Spacious back lawn Our property is equipped with all modern amenities including 🤝🏼 High speed wifi 🤝🏼 Power backup 🤝🏼 Premium toiletries 🤝🏼 Tea & coffee supplies 🤝🏼 Oil heaters in bedrooms Guest access The entire home (4 bedrooms) is available to our patrons. If me or my family are in the area, we will occupy one bedroom on the ground floor. Other things to note ➕ The listing price includes daily breakfast ➕ An assortment of tea & coffee (french press) is at your disposal ➕ A refundable security deposit of 20,000-25000 is mandatory before check in (preferred through UPI). This amount is refunded within 24 hours of your checkout via UPI. ➕ We serve simple yet delicious home cooked meals. ➕ There is a fixed window for all meal timings so our staff may have ample time to prepare for your next meal. Which also means, they will be taking orders for one meal in advance. ➕ Meal and snacks menu will be shared with you before arrival (lunch / dinner is at 600 per person) This is not a hotel but our home 🏡 Please do not smoke inside the house 🚭 No loud music 🔇 No parties 🎊 Please respect the house rules.
