Renovated and charming house in a condominium 50m from the beach, in the quietest place in Juquehy! Private barbecue, beach service, oceanfront pool, tennis court and maid EVERY DAY! The space ATTENTION: This is a very family-oriented condominium, with children and elderly people. We kindly ask you to use common sense regarding the volume of sound systems and conversations so as not to disturb the neighbors, especially after 10 p.m. Otherwise, you will be subject to a fine. •Parties are not permitted. Located in a condominium of only 16 exposed brick houses and newly renovated with very good taste, the house offers all the comfort for your stay. The house is complete with a kitchen, barbecue grill, living room and balcony, has four suites, all with split air conditioning, three with double beds and one with bunk beds. Beach service, with tent and chairs for 8 people. Every day, after guests leave for the beach, the housekeepers come by and do a general cleaning of the house, leaving everything in tip-top shape for lunchtime. (This does not include washing the dishes) If necessary, they can also wash some clothes or towels in the common laundry room of the condominium. Just ask. Nearby there are good restaurants, a fish shop and bakery with a mini-supermarket. If you want, we can recommend a maid to cook. The house has two floors, with the following distribution
 - ground floor: kitchen, living room and toilet - 1st floor: 2 en-suites, 1 with two bunk beds and 1 single bed, and the other with 2 single beds that can be placed together - 2nd floor: 2 double suites, 1 single double bed and another king that turns into a sofa. •The bedrooms have: o1 simple double bed o 1 king size bed o 2 single beds that can be placed together with a queen-size sheet o 5 single beds
 •The bed in the largest bedroom on the second floor is a sofa bed. If you wish, you can use it as a TV room. •The voltage is 220V! • The only television in the house is in the largest bedroom on the second floor. We have Sky. If it is not working, please contact us so we can sign up. •The house has two entrances, one on the outside of the condominium and one on the inside. Both are usually unlocked. The condominium has 24-hour security. In over 30 years, we've never had any safety issues. •The pool is a common area of the condominium and can be used at any time. If you wish to use it at night, please ask the employee on duty to turn on the lights. • The condominium has internet, but the signal inside the house is usually bad. • The tennis court has night lighting. If the condominium is full, which usually happens only on New Year's Eve and Carnival, it may be necessary to reserve a time to use the court. You are not allowed to enter the court without tennis shoes. •The condominium has an ice machine, located in the laundry room, behind the tennis court. Just help yourself, remembering to leave enough so that the other tenants can also use the ice. • Cleaning is done by the cleaning ladies daily after all occupants leave for the beach, at any time of day. They sweep the house, tidy up the kitchen, living room, and bedrooms. If needed for longer stays, they can also wash some clothes or towels. •The condominium has beach service. The staff set up and take down the tent and chairs. If they are not set up due to rain, wind or the time, just ask them to do so. •Kitchen utensils The house is equipped with all the basic kitchen and barbecue utensils, plus: - water filter - Orange squeezer - blender - electric kettle - microwave •This is a very family-friendly condominium, with children and elderly people. Guest access The house is complete with a kitchen, four air-conditioned en-suites, a toilet, a barbecue grill, and a large balcony. In the condominium's common areas, you will have access to an oceanfront swimming pool, tennis court, parking lot and laundry room. If you come with more than one car, you can park on the condominium's own street. Other things to note The house holds MAXIMUM 8 guests including children. Please do not insist on the possibility of accommodating more guests. We don't have a TV in the house. We do not provide bedding or towels to guests. We ask all guests to provide Name, ID and CPF. We declare all rentals to Revenue.
