Cozy 2-room apartment with garden and views of the Alps

Welcome to our home Our accommodation is adjoining our house. It includes access to its independent terrace and garden, with deckchairs, barbecue area and garden furniture, and will offer you a magnificent view of the Alps in all seasons! We are 30 minutes from the large park of Andilly and the hamlet of Santa Claus. Must-see tour of the area. The space Our home consists of 2 main rooms: - One with the kitchen open to the dining and living room - The other grouping the bathroom open to the bedroom, with a separate toilet Rental located at an altitude of 600m, our accommodation will be ideal for a couple or couple with children (apartment designed for 4 people maximum, baby included). Bed linen and towels are not provided. The beds are 140*190. They can be provided on request for an additional fee (Please let us know in advance). In terms of parking, it can accommodate one to two cars. If needed, we can provide a high chair and a crib (please let us know a few days before your arrival) While we like to live life to the fullest, we ask our guests not to plan a party during your stay, out of respect for the neighborhood. This place is non-smoking. At your disposal there are books, some board games, children's books and some children's games (rather young children). No pets allowed in the listing The barbecue is available for you (we can provide you starter wood, paper & cardboard), but we ask you to think about charcoal. A raclette machine is available in the accommodation. On request, we can lend you a fondue machine. The coffee maker is a Nespresso capsule machine and a filter coffee maker. Listing does not have a TV. There are two fans available to you. Whether you're coming for outdoor activities, mountain sports, to discover the history and culture of the region, or simply to enjoy a comfortable stay with a great view of the Alps, our accommodation will be an excellent base in the Geneva area. Guest access Clermont is ideally located halfway between Annecy (40 minutes away) & Geneva (45 minutes from the international airport) and at the crossroads between Rumilly (15 minutes away), Frangy (7 minutes away) & Seyssel (10 minutes away). We are 40 minutes from Lake Bourget. Clermont is a landmark, rich in history, thanks to its 16th century castle and its church dating from 1802. It is also a must-see for culture, thanks to its annual "Clermont en Scène" Festival and extremely famous for its fireworks on July 13. The castle courtyard hosts its Christmas market every year. If you prefer to take a deep breath of fresh air and enjoy breathtaking views, Mont des Princes is ideal for hiking or mountain biking. Via Rhona is also close by (10 minutes' drive). Similarly, many water activities, tree climbing courses, bird watching posts along the Rhône are available 15 minutes away and will satisfy young and old. Finally, for foodies and those with a sweet tooth, Clermont is also the ideal destination thanks to the many local producers and its fruit shop located 10 minutes away. A local farmers' market is also held every second Sunday of each month (except August). In the accommodation you will find booklets of activities to do in the surrounding area and we will be happy to advise you.
