This is a smart home with ultra high speed WiFi around 500 MBPS. Ping Pong Table doubles as dining area and also has a connect 4 and giant jenga game, hammock to go with cornhole and charcoal grill. There is an outdoor kitchen as well. The movie theater features an 85" Samsung QLED TV, leather recliners, and Dolby Atmos surround sound system. Guest access PLEASE NOTE: The gate at the front has a gap, so if you bring a pet, please do not let them roam free in the front or backyard unsupervised. They will be able to escape. Also, please note, there are security cameras covering the entire exterior of the property that record audio and video 24/7. There are no cameras inside the home. These outdoor cameras are a ring doorbell camera and 5 ring floodlight cameras (outside gate, facing driveway, both sides of home and backyard).
