The townhomes are located side-by-side with no interior connection. Quiet hours are strictly enforced from 8 PM to 8 AM in accordance with city ordinances and to maintain good relations with our neighbors. Guest access Guests have full access to both townhomes, including all living spaces, kitchens, bedrooms, bathrooms, and the back porches. Each unit contains one locked owner’s closet, which is off-limits to guests. Parking: You’ll have access to 4 dedicated parking spaces (2 per unit) in the gated lot behind the building. Please do not use parking spaces assigned to the other two units in the fourplex.
