Guest access 📌 Handles For entry and for the proper control and safety of condo guests, each person over 4 years of age pays a $20,000 deposit before entering. 📌Tent reservations The building has direct access to "Playa Murallas", which has chairs, tents and umbrellas for the exclusive use of Morros EOS guests. You can go directly and ask for availability, but we recommend that you make a reservation in advance through the "Mi comunidad SDM" App, the username and password for the apartment will be sent to the registered email on the day of entry. 📌 Transportation You can access the 24-hour taxi station at Hotel Meliá, which can be contacted directly through the reception. You can also use the “InDrive” app to request the service and see availability in the area. 📌 Addresses Deliveries will arrive easily and there are different recommendations at the front desk. You can also order very easily through the “Rappi” App 📌 Mall Ramblas Before arriving at the Building and 5 minutes away by car, you will find the Mall Ramblas, a shopping complex with a wide variety of restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, bars, ice cream parlors, liquor stores, among others. Where you can enjoy moments of leisure, musical shows, good food, amenities and food to enjoy during your stay. Other things to note Once the reservation is confirmed and a maximum of 3 days in advance, the following information must be sent to authorize your entry to the building: (NAME AND SURNAME, DOCUMENT NUMBER, RESIDENCE ADDRESS, TELEPHONE, EMAIL and CITY) No changes, additions, and/or modifications are allowed after sending the guest list. All the information will be at the building's reception to make entry faster by presenting the physical and original identification document of each of the guests. They will be provided with a wrist band that will identify them as guests of the building. This must be worn throughout the stay and allows easy entry and exit from the building, providing peace of mind and security. It is important to note that visitors are not accepted, only people registered in advance on the guest list. Our guests can enjoy the building's common areas (swimming pools, jacuzzi, Turkish bath, sauna, and gym) during the hours established by the building's regulations from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM.
