The space This play and stay 4-bedroom home is an adult themed, sex positive, kink-friendly BDSM space suitable for up to 8 consenting adults. This rental has custom BDSM furniture which may include floggers, whips, swing, St Andrews cross, Spanking bench’s, Tantric Lounger’s, ropes, etc. This is a perfect place to rekindle or explore your fantasies. The home is located in beautiful Idaho Springs, Colorado, only a short 1 hour drive from Denver International Airport. **Children (anyone UNDER 21 years old) are STRICTLY prohibited from entering the property. Local law enforcement will be contacted, and guest info will be provided to them if any minors are at the property for any reason. This is an ADULT Themed rental and is not appropriate for minors. Guests will need to submit a verified government photo ID in order to book with us to verify that they are 21 years old and/or older. All information will be confidential between guest and host. The rental has a full functioning kitchen, washer and dryer, pellet grill and 2 indoor fireplaces, multiple SMART TV’s, SMART speakers and wireless internet. Firewood is onsite for use. The bulk of the 5 acre property is west of the house and is able to be explored. There are numerous opportunities to get out and enjoy the area. This includes skiing, biking, fishing, hiking and much more. The towns of Idaho Springs, Georgetown and Evergreen offer numerous shops and excellent restaurants. Our recommendations are located in the guest book that is on-site. The home is an off-grid property located off of dirt roads. While the roads are maintained, they can be rocky and rough in the summer and icy/snow-packed in the winter. It is highly recommended to bring or rent a four-wheel drive vehicle. If coming in the winter months expect snow and ice and bring or rent a vehicle equipped with snow tires. We recommend using Turo for your rental as the vehicles are equipped with snow tires. As an off-grid property, this home is dependent on solar power with a battery back up. There is a generator as an additional back up. Please be conscious of your electrical use during times with limited sun or without sun. Directions for the generator are in the guest book. Hosts may contact you if the need to use the generator arises. This space is not only excellent for a private get away, but also an extended vacation spot to relax. Perfect for couples, this discreet rendezvous get away is perfect to spice things up, or to explore your fantasies. This kink vacation rental has 4 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms 2 bedrooms are equipt with all you need to play with and a third kink space in the sunroom. Each specility space is complete with kink/BDSM items to explore your fantasies. The main playroom has a St. Andrews cross, 3 elevated hard points, a spanking bench, large leather couch and a beautiful tantric lounger perfectly elevated for fetish inspired sex for playful restraint and for a variety of Kama Sutra inspired sexual positions and angels. The “Black Play Room” has a Queen sized metal framed bed, “queening chair,” swing, message table, tantric lounger and a pleasure tower. This waiver covers any results of vigorous play gone awry to protect both the guests and the host. We have zero tolerance for parties. This is not a party space for a group of no more than 8 consenting adults. If occupancy exceeds eight people, you MUST obtain your host’s permission beforehand. Occupancy beyond eight without authorization will be considered a violation of house rules and will result in the cancellation of your stay without a refund. While this is a secluded space please show respect for our neighbors, please keep noise levels to a respectable minimum. Outdoor play is authorized but please limit any activities to the patio and the west (back portion) of the home and property. Using illegal drugs and/or smoking of any substance is prohibited inside of the home. Colorado is a state with several legalized substances and our space is friendly to legal substance but do not smoke inside of the space. No pets are allowed due to the nature of the property. There are out door cameras on site that are used for the safety and security of the home when guests are not present. The cameras are located on the front doorbell, above the garage, on the patio and on the west side of the home. There are no cameras inside the home. None of the surveillance camera are to be tampered with or disconnected for any reason. The cameras are critical for security and insurance purposes. You will have your reservation immediately cancelled and will be removed from the property if any camera is tampered with.
